At Gurnards, we aim to get your freshly roasted coffee and gear to you quickly and safely. Please read below for how we handle shipping within New Zealand and, soon, to Australia.
📍 Where We Ship

New Zealand: We ship nationwide using trusted courier services.

Australia: Shipping to Australia will be available soon. We’ll update our website and notify customers when this service goes live.
🚚 Shipping Times

NZ Orders: Orders are usually dispatched on a Thursday to ensure freshness.

North Island: Typically arrives 1–2 business days after dispatch.

South Island: Usually arrives in 2–3 business days.

Rural Deliveries: Please allow an extra 1–2 days.

Australia (coming soon): Estimated delivery time will be 5–10 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our emails or follow us on social media to stay in the loop.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@gurnards.co.nz
🚨 Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs (for international orders), we’re happy to help. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please email us and we’ll assist in tracking it down.

Where possible, we aim to use recyclable or compostable packaging. We encourage our customers to recycle or reuse our packaging whenever they can.
