Gurnards — Return & Refund Policy
At Gurnards, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans and our commitment to food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any change of mind once an order has been shipped.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@gurnards.co.nz within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or a refund.
Order Errors:
If you realize you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to amend or cancel it.
Taste Preferences:
As taste is highly subjective, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal flavor preferences.
Shipping Issues:
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
